Kelly Parker

Kelly Parker is a communication consultant, speaker, and ministry leader with more than 20 years of experience helping leaders communicate with clarity and influence. Her clients include Microsoft, PwC, and AbbVie, and her TEDx talk has been viewed more than 800,000 times. She also serves as a Senior Market Insights Leader at Avery Dennison and is the founder and Executive Director of When the Gals Gather, a Christ-centered community of women that has grown to span more than 65 churches across Northeast Ohio.

On the Brothapastor podcast, Kelly asks the questions listeners are thinking and helps translate pastoral wisdom into everyday language.

Luvirt Parker has served as Lead Pastor of Christ Community Church in Cleveland Heights, Ohio for nearly 15 years. He came to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at a young age and has been teaching and preaching throughout Northeast Ohio since his teenage years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Religious Studies and a Master of Arts in Biblical Literature, and is currently pursuing his doctorate in Biblical Archaeology. Luvirt and his wife Kelly reside in Shaker Heights with their three children.

Charles Perkins

Charles Perkins is a Richmond, Virginia native who relocated to Cleveland from Winston-Salem, North Carolina in October 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Norfolk State University. Charles currently works as a Component Engineer for Rockwell Automation in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, and serves as a Deacon at Christ Community Church. In December 2022, Charles married his wife, Audrey Perkins, and they currently reside in Willoughby Hills, Ohio.

Audrey Perkins

Audrey is passionate about serving others and helping build a strong, faith-centered community. She has worked as a nurse since 2017 and has a heart for supporting both the physical and spiritual well-being of others. She is actively involved in ministry and loves creating spaces where women can grow, connect, and feel encouraged in their walk with God. In this season of life, she is preparing to welcome a new addition to her family, along with her husband Charles, which has deepened her appreciation for God’s grace and faithfulness. Audrey is grateful to be part of a church family where she can serve, grow, and pour into others.
